Warranty Policy

 

Q-Line products pass our high manufacturing standard, for this reason, we are able to provide a limited warranty that covers defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is subject to terms and conditions stated in this warranty policy.  Anyhow, please bring your original receipt to the customer service counter for warranty validation. We reserve the right to deny any exchanges or returns accepted without the original receipt

 

 

Warranty Terms & Conditions

 

  • This warranty covers only product that is incomplete or damaged that is due to production process and material that are substandard.  
  • The warranty does not apply to product that has stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. The warranty does not apply if product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, used under non-household purposes, or product is clearance sales, as-is item, or product that is damaged from the insects and fungi .This warranty is to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable.
  • The warranty does not include service, transportation costs, installation costs, and travelling expense.    
  • If damage occurs for which Q-Line cannot find the identical materials or parts within the time allotted for repairs or replacements, Q-Line reserves the right to provide materials or parts of equivalent qualities and features as substitutes.
  • If Q-Line determines that your claim is covered under this warranty, Q-Line is in its sole discretion to repair or replace the defective parts/products even contribute to other appropriate methods to resolve without any purchase returns allowed.
  • If your product has a repair or replacement, your right to services mentioned in this warranty is not extended from the date repaired/replaced but still is valid to the period specified by the original warranty.
  • Q-Line reserves the right to judge and make a decision on every product’s term of warranty. Our decision is final.
  • If there is transfer of ownership, we considered that warranty is terminated.  If document is loss, we reserve the right to deny issuing new document.  
  • Warranty does not include small differences between actual products versus picture displayed on website, poster, leaflet, brochure, and catalogue.
  • Customer service at 02-840-7279 on Monday-Saturday during our working hour at 8.00-17.00

 

Warranty-Synthetic Rattan Furniture

For synthetic rattan furniture, Q Line offers a 3-year limited warranty for residential application, covering all defects in wickerwork and synthetic materials. This warranty will be effective for 3 years from the date of purchase or goods receipt. In case of any abnormal, violent, or abusive use of the furniture will void this warranty. For more details of warranty, please contact Q Line representatives or our dealers nearby.

Q Line will repair or, at our option, replace any part of the product of the entire product if found defective in wickerwork or synthetic material. Repair or replacement will be made at no cost to you, if all warranty conditions meet (The warranty does not include service, transportation costs, installation costs, and travelling expense). Inspection may be required by our or dealer representative, prior to repair or replacement.  

 

Warranty-Stainless Steel Products

For stainless steel products, Q Line offers a 3-year limited warranty for residential application and covers only product that is incomplete or damaged that is due to production process and material that are substandard.  This warranty will be effective for 3 years from the date of purchase or goods receipt. In case of any abnormal, violent, or abusive use of the product will void this warranty. For more details of warranty, please contact Q Line representatives or our dealers nearby.
